Divisional Manager, Engineering Services
True Grit has an immediate Corporate Managerment opportunity to lead and grow the company's existing Engineering Services division. This highly motivated individual with excellent technical, people, business development and project management skills will play a key role in the growth and development of the firm's engineering and contract administration capabilities. A new certified materials testing laboratory and team of survey, design and technical staff await your direction.
The successful applicant will have proven time management, project management and organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to work within schedules and budgets. Interested candidates will be a practicing P.Eng eligible for PEO registration with a minimum of 10 years of civil/municipal or environmental engineering experience and demonstrated team and project leadership capabilities.

Geotechnical Engineer
True Grit requires an experienced geotechnical engineer to enhance existing civil and earth sciences services. Your experience in soil investigations, material analysis, retaining structures and foundations will form an intergral part of our firm's sevices for industry, commercial development and expanding municipal and transportation sectors.
Working knowledge of relevant engineering design standards, codes, best practice guidelines, technical references and regulatory requirements is essential. The successful applicant will play a key role in the development of the division's project management team, staff mentorship and client communications. State of the art field instrumentation and a new materials testing facility are readily available. An ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7 years of combined field and office based experience, an engineering degree in civil or geological engineering and be eligible for registration with the PEO.
