Mr. Darryl Kelly is a Civil Engineering Technologist with 10 years experience with materials testing. Darryl is experienced in the management and running of materials testing laboratories and has the required certifications for aggregate testing, concrete testing and asphalt testing and analysis.

Randy Edwards A.Sc.T, CCEP
Manager Sioux Lookout Office
Randy is a Prinicipal and Project Manager with over 16 years environmental consulting experience. For much of his career Randy has focused on assisting First Nations with their environmental issues. Mr Edward’s experience includes managing and conducting Phase I,II and III ESAs, as well as design and implementation of site remediation plans. He has extensive experience managing projects under both federal and provincial regulatory regimes and has travelled extensively throughout Ontario’s remote First Nation communities.
